I didn't know what to expect when I made an appointment, but since I'm stuck with a lot of feelings, I thought I'd give it a try. Well, those therapies and many conversations with the psychologist almost replace them with one session! I felt great on my way home. There is still work to be done. I will definitely complete my next sessions until I find myself. I am very happy that I found Sophia.
